Do I need to create an account to buy here?
It is not necessary but we recommend you do it, because it will make your next purchases much easier. If you create an account you can save your preferences and thus avoid having to fill in your details with each purchase you make.
Can I return an order?
Yes. You have 7 days to do it, since you receive it. In that case, the return shipping costs are at your expense and the object must arrive with the original packaging and in the same state in which we send it to you.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
If you have not paid it yet, you can cancel it or modify it directly from your shopping cart. If you have already sent us the order, but you want to make some modification, write us and we will attend your case personally.

What is the delivery time?
It depends on the country you are in, but you can write us and we will inform you.
Orders placed during the weekend cannot be handled until the next business day.
Is it safe to send a fragile object?
Yes, we package and protect all the works so that they survive a hurricane. In the case (very unlikely) that any of our objects suffer an accident, contact us and we will solve it at the moment

In Frames & Co. you can buy using your credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Electron). All card payments are made through the PayPal platform.
